You need to carry a valid government issued address ID proof with photo and address not in the same city as the hotel. Some of the valid id proofs are: Voter ID Card, Valid Passport, Aadhar Card issued by the government of India, Permanent Driving License. PAN Cards are NOT Valid as ID Proofs
Visit the homepage of Trip Clues website www.tripclues.com, login and hover over the "My Account" section on the top right and Click on "My Bookings" and view the list of your bookings. On the App, you can go to the "My Bookings" section to view the list of your bookings. You can also call on our Customer Helpline number to know the status of your bookings
The standard check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 11 am at most hotels. However, some Hotels may have different check-in and check-out schedule. You can view the same in the "Hotel Rules" section in the Hotel listing page on website and just above the check-in and check-out dates in the Hotel listing page on the app. Early check-in and late check-out both are subject to hotel polices and pricing.
You can cancel your booking made through Trip Clues by calling our Customer Support helpline on 0120 456 1118 or through the “My Bookings” section through the Trip Clues app or website.
If the booking is cancelled: More than 72 hours before check-in date in Non-Peak Dates: FREE CANCELLATION. For 0-24 hours before check-in date: 1-night cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. For All high season bookings and peak dates like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, 31Dec Minimum 15 days advance cancellation will be applied.
Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-14 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking. Separate charges may be debited for refunds made for bookings done through credit card or bank account.
In such a case it will be termed as a No Show. In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
You can update the details in your account by following the below steps based: Website - login using your mobile number or social login and go into “Profile”, fill in your desired information and click on save. Android - Click on menu button, select “Edit”, change details and save.
